We are a hobby-based business and therefore are not able to offer walk-in business. We do hope to offer appointment only visits in the near future. RETURN POLICY
Our goal is to provide you great plants and a very reasonable cost and to help protect carnivorous plant
with every sale!

Please inspect your plants immediately upon arrival. Minor damage should be expected during shipment. However, we will trust your good judgement. If you receive a plant that is not to your satisfaction, please let us know within 24 hours and we will send you a replacement plant or issue you a refund for the damaged plant. Our reputation is important to us so please, let us know if you have a concern so that we can
resolve it as quickly as possible.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. If you wish to place an order and send us a check, please contact us with the plants you wish to order and we will be glad to send you and invoice.
SHIPPING
We know shipping is expensive. To help with this, we will add 1 free bare root (our choice) carnivorous plant to all plant orders over $40. Your free plant may or may not be one of the same as a plant(s) that you ordered. The selection of free plants will vary depending on our inventory of plants at the time of purchase. This offer is only good with the value of plants and the cost of shipping is not included in the calculation for free plant eligibility.

Items will be shipped in 3-5 business days, weather permitting, and we only ship on Monday and Tuesday. If your order cannot be processed in 3-5 business days, we will contact you with more information. In cold weather, we recommend you add a heat pack to your order to protect plants. Between the months of October - March, we cannot guarantee the health of your plants without a heat pack and will not replace or give any refunds as a result of cold weather if you did not purchase a heat pack.

We do not ship internationally.

Your purchase will make a positive impact on Carnivorous Plants! We will donate 5% of the sale price of regular priced items (3% for sale items) in 2017 and 2018 to the Nature Conservancy's Green Swamp Preserve and a portion to TNC overall to help ensure the protection of important habitat to CP's and other wildlife.
